I bought a Bravo Pro Printer from you on 7/11/2007, your order number: [edited], this was part of a deal that also included a ProBurner 11 dvd.
As of 2/1/2008 the Bravo Pro Disk printer has stopped working. This unit is still within the warranty period but your store is closed until the the 7th Jan 08. I would like to sort out a replacement unit as soon as possible, my telephone number is[edited]

Hello I have spoken to [edited]and explained that the unit does not power up at all and there is a vague burning smell within the unit.
[edited]has agreed to issue an RMA to intiate a repalcement unit.

One final thing - could you also please confirm the serial number of the unit you're experiencing problems with. Our records indicate it is [edited]
I will invite you to fill out the RMA form. Once complete, I'll be able to authorise the return of the product for repair.
