Hi, we ordered the Sweex Wireless LAN bundle with the wireless broadband router and USB Wireless.
We cannot get the router to work with our Tiscali line as it does not support PPPoA, which we found out our line requires.
Could we please either exchange for a similar wireless router which will work with our line or get a refund.
Sorry not sure its RMA we want actually. Its not working with our line, we really need an exchange for another similar product that will work with our line (PPPoA) instead or a refund on the product.

Providing you still have all the original packaging, then there will not be a charge.
Otherwise I'm afraid a 10% restocking fee will have to be applied to the order.
