Hi Paul, as per our conversation on the phone. I'll arrange collection of your unit for tomorrow (as you originally agreed with [edited]).
Once the unit is back with us, it will be put on the bench as a priority for repair, or a replacement unit will be sent out to you ASAP.
Can you please make sure that the duplicator is packed away in all its original packaging and secure for transit, as sadly we can not be responsible for any damage that may be caused to the machine in transit if inadequately packed.

Hi Paul
We've received your unit back here, but I'm afraid once it was taken out of the box it seems it's had some damage to it (outside of shipping, as the box is not damaged or showing signs of rough handling). There are big scratches on one side, and a big dent in the bottom of the unit, as well as it seems slightly bent out of shape (banana shaped)... Please confirm that this was how it left you?
We have taken some photos if you would like to see them.
