we purchase this unit 13 month ago. recently one copy bay stopped working. Swopped bays and faulf followed CD drive unit. Assumed therefore drive unit faulty. Ordered replacement from your company. Fitted new copy unit, now we still have the same fault. The fault still folloes even when swopping drive bays. Could new unit also be faulty? Please advise anu checks we can carry out. Thanks
Hi, Please can you also check cabling by swapping them over. You can also try switching a working drive over to the faulty section. Kind regards Steve.

Already tried your suggestion. The cables appear okay as the new position of drive then becomes inoperative. I suspect the newly supplied unit may also be faulty.

Problem with duplicator still present even with the new drive bay. This product is only 13 months old. Is it possible for a technician to examine and determine the fault.

Dear David - since the unit is on a 1 years return to base warranty we will need to do evaluation at ?50 - then if you wish to proceed this will then be discounted from the cost of repair. I dont expect the repair to cost more than ?150. I hope you find this agreeable. Kidn regards.
