Hi. I have just spoken with you about this machine. We usually duplicate DVD5s using autocopy. It is going through the process as if it has burnt the discs and even tells us it has passed but is not actually burning the blank discs!! We urgently need this fixed if possible? If we arrange a courier to deliver it to you on Monday morning can we have it back the same day? Thanks.

As discussed I have sent you the RMA form. If you wish to proceed the evaluation fee is £50 exc vat for us to diagnose and quote on the repair (outside warranty). If you do proceed with the repair we waive the £50 charge.
If you want to proceed please fill in the returns form in order to be issued an RMA form, thanks.

Hi Tom, Having looked at your duplicator, in terms of evaluation, I believe the most likely cause of the problem is multiple drive failure, requiring the replacement of the writers. In view of the fact that your machine has fallen just outside of its warranty period, we can in this instance, waive our labour costs and charge you only for the drives and return carriage - approx £175. Are we absolutely sure the drives are not working? Especially since when we spoke you mentioned that you had successfully written some discs!??!
I would like it to be fixed but for the correct reasons!! Do we get another 1 yr warranty on the unit after the fix?

Dear Tom, we agreed you woudl send your faulty master for testing. Your unit is on the bench now have ing drive replaced withh 115 units. Your previous drives will be sent back to you with the duper. Can you get that master over?? Kind regards.
