I paid for a new CD printer but the printer you have supplied is used. This is clearly evidenced by; No protective film as would be expected, scratches and marks, print misalignment and no driver/manual CD. If I had wanted a second hand printer I would have gone to ebay and paid a fraction of what I paid you.
