Our CD Burner is stalling during the burning process regardless of what sofware is being used.
Please advise as to how I can return the CD Burner to you for repair and how I can go about ordering original packaging for the safe transit of the burner
Dear tom, Please can you pack the machine up carefully in bubble Wrap. Please ensure that there is enough support and protection for the robotic arm. You will need a strong box to hold the unit back in, Make sure that there is no movement in the box. Finally a email will follow this message, complete it so that I can authorise a RMA. Steve

According to the literature that arrived with the CD Burner, the warranty will be void if I return it to you in anything other than the original packaging.
Can you please advise whether or not the warranty will still be valid if I send you the CD burner in anything other than the original packaging. Alternatively please advise as to how I may order new packaging.

Dear Tom, I appreciate your patience, My engineer who is currently looking into the machine has informed me that the machine should be back with you within 7 days. Please let me know if this is still going to be a problem. Alternatively you can hire a CD Tower Duplicator
