What seems to be happening when you're burning the CD's - are they all failing or just one or two? Have you also tried using a different brand of blank media?
If you haven't already done so, please call 0208 293 0777 and request to speak to Derick in technical support. He will be able to offer some more advice to see if the problem can be resolved over the phone.
If not, I'm afraid the unit will have to be returned to us for repair. Let me know when you've spoken to our tech department and I'll send you a returns form so we can get your repair authorised.
