I purchased a Video Capture for Mac from yourself on 16th April. It did not work.
I had it replaced under Pinnacle's RMA procedure, but that one also did not work (there is a known problem with this device capturing video streams from older VHS tapes, as it loses frame sync very easily).
Your Jen Holden chased Pinnacle for me two or three times (starting on 30th April), but I have never had any response from them.
I therefore have a device which is not suitable for purpose.
Please send an RMA number and refund my payment, so that I can buy an alternative
