Can you please describe the fault in as much details as possible. This will give us and idea if the machine is repairable. There is an evaluation fee of £50 + VAT to diagnose the fault. You will then be sent a quote for the cost of repair. Should you wish to go ahead with the work, the evaluation fee will be removed from your bill (so you pay only for labour and any necessary components).

ok where do i start..
since we purchased it in 2006 it has never worked. When we run a job the machine seems to get confused and either doesnt put a cd in the drawer or the drawer stays out and we have to manually push it back in. it doesnt happen to every cd but happens to at least half of them in every job.
We have put up with this problem and managed to get the cd's to print but now we have had a problem where the black ink cartridge has leaked in the machine and an error appears on the computer stating that the wrong ink cartridge may be in use and the machine needs to stop the job. since this we have failed to print any cd's. many thanks

As mentioned, there is a £50 + VAT evaluation fee to examine the unit, but depending on the extent of ink damage in the machine there is no way we can guarantee to get it working. I'll send you the RMA form now, if you are happy to go ahead with the diagnostic, please complete the form and I'll authorise your unit for return.
