Do apologise for odering the wrong item...we got cd duplicator instead of ordering for dvd duplicator.Haven\'t opened the box, so we wish to return the cd duplicator for a 5 burner dvd duplicator for the same price and willing to pay the balance if a little extra.please can you arrange for delivery to pick up the cd duplicator when the dvd duplicator is dropped off.( do understand that we will have to pay for this as well ) Thank you!!

Just sent you the RMA request form as discussed on the phone. Please fill in and return the form so we can issue the RMA number.
Then send the unit back (do not write or mark the box in any way) and assuming it's received back in original condition we will issue you a credit note for the CD unit. You will then be able to use the credit against the purchase of your DVD duplicator.

Hi,
I have now issued you with a RMA number to enable you to return the goods to us, I believe we have quoted you a collection price of £30 exc VAT if you would like us to arrange the collection please get back to us quoting your RMA number to make payment, once we have received the machine back into stock we will issue a credit note, which you can then use to purchase the DVD Duplicator.

Thanks for your call today.
We have received the unit back, and unfortunately there is a dent in the top of the case.
Because we know you didn't actually open the box, it is impossible to say if the dent occured when we sent it to you, or when you sent it back!
So as a gesture of goodwill we will not charge you any restocking fee, and I will get the credit note raised in the next two days.
As I said on the phone, please place the order for the correct item on the website and select 'invoice on order' - and we will then contact you to take the balance due.

I must say I'm confused as to how you knew there was a dent in the duplicator if you didn't open the box?

sorry..the dent i mean is the one on the original packaging(outside the cardboard box) i took it as caused by manual handling probably thru the courier...i did not open the box!anyway thanx for the credit note and the assistance...greatly appreciated!!
