We have recently ordered 100 Hexalock Discs from you but we are having a problem with them not playing correctly on laptops although they work perfectly on Desk top computers.
I have been in touch with Hexalock about this and I am waiting for a reply.
If however they cannnot sort out the problem we would like to return them.
Unfortunately I do not know how long Hexlock will take to reply.
Please advise.

Dear Tony - the hexalock discs are infact Taiyo Yuden discs and are of the highest standard attainable. Rather than being a problem with the disc it is most likely a problem with your mastering or publishing process. Hexalock have been manufactured to the same standard via the same processes since their introduction 4 years ago. Are you finalising the disc?

We also have tried to contact Hexalock but have had no response.
I am in the process of getting an RMA number issued from Microboards (I understand you spoke to Andy Lee there and he sent you some sample discs the other day?).
Once they issue the RMA number I will forward it to you for return, thanks.
