I purchased a compatable ribbon for our cd printer 9Compatable Z1 Black ink [MPN: COMPZ1BLK]) I was unsure if they were not printing properly or if it was our printer so I bought the actual Signature z1 product (Signature Z1 Ribbon black 160 prints [MPN: 56130]) and it turns out the first ribbons that I bought were at fault. Please can I return these, I don\\\'t mind getting a credit note as we will purchase more in the future.
