Hi,
I'd like to arrange for the return of a Wenger Pegasus notebook backpack.
One of the zips on the backpack has sheared off due to a faulty (porous) casting, this has exposed a sharp edge on which I've cut myself and having no wish to further injure myself I wish to return this to you for a replacement.
