Please ensure when returning the item, the box is not marked ie, no address details scribbled on packaging, also please advise if product has been opened, all parts must be returned within the orginal packaging, we reserve the right to issue a restocking fee should any problems arise on receipt of goods, once we have received the goods, and they have been checked over we will issue a credit note.

Sorry for the delay in processing your return.
We have now raised a credit note (our invoice 5439) for the returned unit.
We waived the restocking fee as a gesture of goodwill (despite there being a rather large hole in the box when it was returned to us). Luckily we tested the unit and the machine itself was unharmed!
