I am not happy with having a credit note. I would like a refund.
I have contacted this company regarding a refund within 7days of receiving the goods and the goods have not been opened and are in PERFECT re selling condition! I do not see why I can't get a refund.

Hi Andrea - you can have a refund if you insist. Credit notes often work out as better options for corporate and bsuiness customers since they reduce the amount of paperwork you have to do, especially if you intend to then buy the correct wallets. Kind regards.
