Does not work as an automated machine and still requires attendance before the set jobs are completed by having to replace discs.
The machine was already repaired and not replaced
Our work had to be outsourced to be finished in time because our machine did not do as it had promised.
Most importantly the discs were only randomly being written to and the others are being thrown away
Hi Arun,
What is the actual fault with the unit.
It is not burning discs in one particular drive, or does the problem seem intermittent? (ie, works sometimes but not on other occasions)

It is very intermittent and needs supervision all the time.

Arun - pls send you unit back under this returns number - [edited]- thanks. btw - also please reply to ticket with information regarding what the problem is. Did you try it on another host machine since the publishers use lots of system resources, so if they machine has lits off application running it can use up ram and cause problems. Equally be sure to use a good reliable disc. Use the same dis all the time if it works. Thanks.

hi Arun,
I've had your unit on the test bench and couldn't recreate the fault. I have realigned the drives to optimise the performance of the unit Can you please elaborate on the fault as I have not been able to recreate it. Please let me know as many details as it is possible.
Best regards,

Arun,
We have still not had a response regarding the issue with your duplicator.
To my knowledge this is the second time the unit has been back with us and the fault has not been found.
Please reply and elaborate on the error you were experiencing with the machine, as we have sucessfully burnt and printed 20+ CDs and DVDs.
Kind Regards,

Information passed onto me was that the machine throws away disc randomly in a batch.
Also, some get burned but not printed on.
Regards,
Arun

We've had no problems like that at all.
Perhaps it is best you get the end user to contact us so we can find out more specifically when this is happening, what spec machine they are using etc. From my perspective, the machine is operating exactly as it should and I've found no errors along those lines.
You can get your end user to check the following: [edited]
and also compare the specs of their system with the minimum recommended, these can be found here: http://www.primera.com/bravopro_specs.html

hi Arun,
I am afraid we have no record of receiving reply for the last post from August 2008. Can you please confirm the shipping details and we will send the unit back to you?
Thanks in advance
