Please could you arrange for replacement of the above machine as soon as possible. The one we currently have, which we purchased in April 2007 is broken with the loading arm stuck in the reject position. This has happened several times previously. Our company has another machine which we purchased in November 2006 which has operated without any trouble since that time.

Dear Lynsey - we have had notification that you have returned your broken product to our accounts office in Milton Keynes, Please advise re the address you sent this to, and try and find some proof of delivery from your carrier. You were sent an invitation to complete a returns request on 6th July.
