Last year we had our CD duplicator repaired as it had stopped working. Unfortunatly it has again stopped working, this time the copier drops more than 1 cd into the drive meaning that we can not load multiple CD\'s and leave it to copy. we have to do them 1 at a time.
we also have another problems where the drive does not read a CD but this may just need a clean.
could you confirm where and how we should return this to you for repair. we would also like an estimate before prodceeding with the repair if the unit is not under the previous repair warranty.
If it is outside of warrant then it will cost £50 for evaluation, with this being discounted from the cost of repair. Kind regards. [edited]

at the moment we need to copy our CD's manually 1 by 1 which takes a long time.

Sorry for the delay. Please can you provide the serial number from the unit (the one provided is not the one we need) - it should be a 6 digit number - ie [edited]. And please confirm it is a robotic 100 disc duplicator?
We can then issue an out of warranty RMA number.
