Repair of Print Factory2CD Printer and a StorDigital Premium DVD Duplicator
We purchase one of each of the subjected items of equipment and are now experiencing some technical difficulties with the DVD drives(carriages), also with the printer the conveyor belt does not seem to be moving the discs along through the printing area.
If you could contact me with some options for repairs that would be great.

I'm afraid both of those units are no longer within their 12 month warranty period.
We are still happy to repair the units for you, but there is an evaluation fee of £50 + VAT to diagnose the fault on each unit. Once assessed, the engineers will send you a quote for the total cost of repairs (per unit). Should you wish to go ahead with the repairs, the £50 evaluation fee will be removed from your final bill(s).
Let me know if you'd like to go ahead, and I'll send you an RMA request form. Once this is completed I will issue you with a returns number and authorise the goods for return.

Yes thats fine, you can send the unit back to me using the address details in the authorisation. You can mark it for the attention of "WORKSHOP" and it will get forwarded to our department.
I will ask my colleague in the warehouse to inform you when we take receipt of the unit.

Just one other note
there will be two pieces of equipment
the Printer is missing a power cable, could you please notify us of the cost of a new one in the final bill?
Also could you quote us for the cost of an extended warranty?
