Hi Claire,
Please fill out the following RMA Request form, and I can authorise your goods for return. Sadly I would not be able to arrange collection of the unit as it was purchase on April 4th 2008, and is outside the 30-day swap out warranty.
It shall of course still be repaired free of charge, however you would have to arrange delivery of the unit to our Greenwich warehouse.

Hi Claire,
I have just had your unit on the bench and completed my diagnostics.
Despite changing all the alignment settings it does appear there is a physical fault with the robotic arm on the system. I have ordered a replacement which should be here on Monday. I will then put the unit through full testing and providing everything is ok, I hope you will get the unit back on Wed.
I'll keep you updated if I have more news.

Just confirming my call earlier - the unit has been repaired (robotic arm was replaced and it tested fine). So it has been sent out for delivery back to you tomorrow.
