Hi there - I have had an online support conversation with 'big dave' regarding a batch of 100 jewel cases that I suspect may have a manfacturing fault as they are all cracking and smashing when I try to remove the black tray - both the clear and black sections appear to be incredibly brittle! Big Dave has asked me to submit this support ticket to request a refund. He also said you would either collect the cases (and bits!) or I would need to post them back and be refunded. Can you please let me know what I need to do next? Many thanks!
Hi
Thanks for opening this support ticket.
Please can you post a couple of the broken bits back, so we can have a look? Just as we haven't had any other complaints so I would like to have an example of what you're referring to, and if necessary send them onto our supplier.
Please post to:

Please include a printout of this page, and mark for my attention, thanks.

Hi Thomas
Sorry for the delay. I received your cases, thanks - and I see what you mean! I have now refunded your card via Worldpay, you should receive an email confirming this.
May I suggest you look at a different kind of case, like a Cshell which is virtually unbreakable! You can see them here:

I personally think Jewel cases should be banned, since even when you buy a commercial CD they usually break at some point... :)
Please note this ticket will now be closed, thanks.
Kind regards,
Jen Holden
