Having worked with the technical team of Microbaords and haveing two GX-1 units that failed to work I want a refund as soon as possible for the GX-1 machine I purchased at the end of april. The process of errors were as follows: 1) once the GX-1 was installed (it installed correctly the first time) there were various printing errors (invalid ink cartrage etc) and the machine never printed multiple disks (it did burn and print a single dink). 2) it was recommended that I uninstall the softwear and reinstall it and the remaining problems involved trying to get the softwear re-installed (we couldn\'t get the drivers installed) and afterward the machine never burned or printed again. 3) a replacement GX-1 was sent out that never worked / installed at all. I worked with both Stuart and Ian on numerous calls and neither could troubleshoot the problems. I cannot affort to spend any more time on this and need to have my money refunded promptly.
Dear Ailish, I do apologise for the technical difficulties you have had with the Microboards GX1. Perhaps you could go for a Primera Bravo 2 Disc Publisher instead, these units are growing more and more popular because of their print quality and reliability. I will also give you an extra set of ink cartridges for the inconvenience caused. Once again apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards

I'm not clear on what you are suggesting. Are you saying that you will send me out a Primera Bravo 2 Disc Publisher with ink cartridges at no extra expense to me? If so then that's fine with me provided that if it doesn't work all three units can be returned and I can get a full money refund. Dear Alish, the Primera Bravo 2 does cost more than the Microboards GX1 unit. But I believe that this machine, will be more suitable for you.
I'm not sure why you wasn't recommended a Primera the first time around, as these machines have been excellent with speed and quality.
If you do go for this model, I will Provide you with an extra set of ink cartridges for FREE!.

Again Steve I am unclear what you are suggesting. I will not at this stage spend any further money to replace the GX-1 with a different product. If you are suggesting sending the Bravo 2 machine out as a replacement for the GX-1 (at NO extra cost to me) then that is fine. Otherwise I want a full refund for the GX-1 that didn't work. I have got new contracts today that will require me publishing disks, so it is now urgent that I have the money returned or the other product sent out. Please respond with what's happening with this. Hi Ailish, We are currently arranging Pickup of your faulty GX1 and arranging a Full refund. The Primera Bravo 2 Unit is a more expensive but reliable unit. I cannot do it for the same price as the GX1. Apologies for any inconvenience. Kind regards Steve
