please open discus software and then sellest the image you want to print and click on "print"and choose printing prefferences, then sellect tab "mask settings"
change inner diameter (this the "hole size") to 21 mm. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I have tried this before but I am unable to change the size to less than 35mm.

hi Garry,
you will have to disable Masking Settings and then you should be able to set up inner diameter trhough the software.
