I ordered CD Buisniss Cards last week on the 28/09/2009 & after trying to write 5 of the discs none have successfully worked dispite checking my computer & having written other CDs encluding my older Business Card CDs which the order was to replenish my suppy.

After trying the CD Buisniss Cards on another computer the problem still exists.
It goes through the process of writing the disc then when checked there is nothing on them but are then unable to re-write anything on to them.

What is the size of the file you are trying to burn? Does this same situation occur when you copy this same data to standard 12 cm discs?

Yes, it works on all other discs. The total file size is 36.0MB so there is at least 10MB left over.
I can only assume that these discs are faulty & short of trying to burn every last one of them which I do not have the time to do, I see no other option than replag them.
What is the process for replacing these? As I need them urgently.

Sorry to jump in. BUt for sure the discs are not faulty. It's most likely a compatability problem. What speed are you burnign at? Did you try to reduce the burn speed? Have you downloaded new firmware for your drive? These factors are most likely the cause of your problem :)

I'm burning at x4 speed standard when no speed is given. & no i have not added new firmware & even if i did it would not effect only those discs but all burning on my computer.
