Hi Chris,
I just want to confirm you are aware of the £50 evaluation fee to examine out of warranty units. Should you wish to go ahead with repairs after the fault has been diagnosed, the £50 will be removed from the total.

Hi Chris,
I just wanted to make you aware that we have received your printfactory but there was alot of ink present inside the machine (some had leaked out into the box too).
I think this originated from the inkwell in the system.
i've not had chance to fully examine the system, but my initial test seem to show it has not affected any of the main operations.
I will need to thoroughly examine the system to make sure, but I just wanted to bring this to your attention.

hi Chris, sorry for the delay. It is still on the bench waiting for a replacement part so we can finish testing it completely. we're expecting it in on thursday, so we'll give you an update as soon as testing is complete.
