I've just spoken to Nick over the phone and he has advised me to open a ticket and speak with yourself.
I purchased a Print Factory 2 from yourselves towards the end of 2006, and have been using it quite happily since then, however for the last week or so we have had some problems with it.
When asked to print, the printer will feed in a disc as per usual but it will not print and just sends the disc down to the end of the belt and the disc rests over the delivery spindle. It will do this twice and then stop with the flashing error light on.
I spoke to a Support Technician at Microboards and he advised that it was likely to be a sensor that has gone wrong and that I would need to return it to them. I've been very concerned at their 2 weeks estimate, as we will lose money for every week that we do not have a printer.
As time is of the essence, I would be grateful if you can advise what we can do to speed this up. Nick said it would be possible to be repaired by yourselves and you would charge £75 to assess the problem.
I am very happy to bring the printer to you by tomorrow lunchtime to help speed up the process - please advise what we need to do and how quickly you can help me.
I have a trading history with yourselves and would like it to continue as I find all of your staff that I have dealt with both polite and extremely friendly.
