Again our print factory is scratching DVD\'s after going in for repair. We have tested it today for the first time and it is streaking the bottom of the disc. Obviously we feel this is unsatisfactory, and after being convinced that the print factory is the best product you have we obviously dissagree and would like a refund. If you need proof of this happening we can send you one of the printed, scratched discs. I hope you understand my concern, as this is costing us time and money. Could someone get back to me asap please?

Dear Kirsten - I am sorry to hear you are still ahveing trouble with your PF2 - I would like if possible to send you an alternative product, the Primera Bravo Pro. The Bravo Pro uses a different method to meove the discs into and out of the printer, so preventing any opportunity to scratch the discs. If aggreeable to you I would like to arrange to send you the unit and pick up your PF2.
I would like very much to keep you as a customer :) and am vonfident you will be fully satisfied with your new machine.

The Print Factory 2 has been operating overnight without problem. There is no disc scratching. The machine is simply working without fault. What brand of media are you using. Perhaps you would like to come down and see your machine in action. We are 10 mins from Charing Cross.
We use the PF2 internally so we know how they operate and what results you can expect. I am very happy with your unit, print quality good, no marking on discs. Since you have owned the unit since august, and have thrown away the packaging, sent back the unit incomplete, caused damage to some of the parts in transit, I cannot authorise a refund on this product we wil however issue you with a credit note.
If you wish you can use this credit note against the purchase of the Bravo Pro.
Please note we are accepting this product back, but NOT because it is faulty, but as a gesture of goodwill. Before I can authorise a credit note we will need to receive the input poles for the unit. I repeat please advise what discs you were using.
Please be assured that we are nice people here and I really think we should avoid anything other than a positive working realtionship.
