I am unable to print as I just get error messages. I have restarted the computer and tried re-installing the driver and gone through the automatic repair process of the installation but to no avail.
I would now like a refund or replacement.

Not really good enough is it. I would like you to send a replacement and I will give the faulty CD printer to the driver. How Long do you expect me to wait for a replacement. I have done everything you asked to try to fix the problem. I have also tried to use it with a diferent computer. The last time I uninstalled and reinstalled I thought it had worked when I was told that printing was in progress - but the printer did not print. Please arrange for a replacement to be delivered and I will give the faulty machine to the driver.

Hi Patricia, just to confirm as per our phone conversation:
A new printer will be tested today, and sent out to you for delivery tomorrow. Your faulty printer will also be collected tomorrow.
Please ensure you keep the original printer box and all cables included, and send back ONLY the printer, ensuring it is packed as well as possible.
