Hello, Have you plugged in both USB cable and Power Supply. Also on the power supply is the green light on? [edited]

Thanks for getting back. The USB and power cable are both plugged in. I have also tried different power points and different computers. The green light on the power supply is on but the power light on the printer itself is not on, so I am presuming there is a problem either with the wiring or connection from the box on the powercabel and the printer itself.

Hi Laura,
It sounds like there is a problem with the power on the printer itself, especially if the green light is active on the power supply.
The best course of action would be to send the printer back to us, and we'll sort the problem for you. I have invited you to fill out an RMA request. Please do so ASAP and I will authorise the return of the product.
