We have privately purchased a used Primera Accent Laminator with robotic loader, we have been told by the seller it comes with a free upgrade to the Accent II. Can you tell me if a) this is something you are aware of? b) a service you offer? This is urgent as it could affect the sale. Thanks.
Mike - good to hear from you. I can honestly say that I have never heard of such an upgrade. No customer we have had has ever taken and upgrade and I am 100% sure it is not something the penny watching Primera would encourage. I can't imagine what he means. Is it in or out of warrantry?

Hi. I contacted Primera in the US, who forwarded my query to Germany. An Andreas Hoffmann replied "To help you further, we need the serial number of your product as well as a copy of the invoice as in the case of an upgrade the machine needs to be sent to our European
headquarter." Which reads like he is aware of something. I will pursue this matter with him.
