Hi Sam,
Unfortunately all the European Primera units need to go directly back to the manufacturer for repair. This means we are unable to receive your printer and repair it for you, as Primera Europe do not authorise anyone to do so.
You can contact their technical support via this link: http://primera-europe.eu/en/form/support.html and they will authorise the return of the machine to their repair facility.
