Hi there, we bought a Primera PravoPro from you 7 weeks ago. It worked fine for 6 weeks, now the bottom drive simply rejects every disk as soon as it's loaded. Trying to get support from Primera has not got an answer at all. As it's under warranty, does it get repaired or replaced? Thanks, Hywel
This unit sounds like it has had a drive failure. It will need to be returned for repair. Pls see RMA request form following.

Hi Hywel, I've been testing your Primera Bravo Pro for the last 3 hours and so far it has been capable of duplicating and printing without any problems.
Could I ask what media you are using with your duplicator? Which computer operating system you are using? What type of data are you copying?

This is typical! The media we have been using are Fuji CDR 80-min Printable 52x.
The operating system in use is Windows XP Pro
The data is primarily CD Audio (from wavs), though we occassionally do data CDs too.
The strange things is that if you asked for 100 copies of a CD, it would reject every disk placed in the lower drive. It would reject almost as soon as the disk was placed in the drive - no data was written. This was regardless of the burn speed set.
