Hi Niranjan,
Could you please elaborate a bit more on the fault you're experiencing?
The printer will not print black at all? Is the print you are trying to produce all solid black?
Have you cleaned your cartridges? This can be done through the printing preferences of the printer (Control Panel>Printers & Faxes Folder>)
if this does not work, you can also try a manual clean. Instructions on how to do this are located here: [edited]
Kind Regards,

Hi There
When trying to print in any colour if there is any black image. It prints purple or blue and doesn’t print any black. I have tried to clean the cartridges.. I have also changed new cartridges. Let me know what you want me to do next.
Regards
Niranjan

If you go to the Printing Preferences of the Bravo 2 (through Control Panel>Printers & Faxes... then right click on the printer icon and select "Printing Preferences") it will open a new dialogue box.
In that section you will see a list of options, look through the list until you see "Ink Cartridge" - as default it probably reads "Colour" - click on the word colour and you will be able to select "Colour & Black". This will use the black cartridge in your print.
I hope that works for you!
