The robotic arm will not operate. I have run through testes and will no run.

Could you try another ink cartridge in the Bravo 2 unit? and let me know how you get on. Also please can you restart the unit as it looks as if the software might have crashed. Steve

Hi,
Thanks for reply, have replaced both INK cartridges and now the robotic arm and ink cartridges move. However, they do not move in sinc. and keep slamming hard against the side of the macgine. I have uninstalled the print driver, reinstalled and try a 'reset robotics' but to no joy.

Hello,
I have had the unit for around 8 months but done a lot of copying/printing.
The machine cannot print or copy, robotic arm moves with cartridge bay but slams in to the left hand wall when holding the ink cartridge button.
