My Bravo copier has jammed with the arm trying to pick up a disk in the right hand tray.
This is out of warranty from another supplier and I recognise I will have to pay for the repair, the carriage plus a £50 assessment fee if I do not go ahead with the repair. Serial No. 2050201298

Yes, there is an evaluation fee of £50 + VAT to diagnose the fault. You will then be sent a quote for the cost of repair. Should you wish to go ahead with the work, the evaluation fee will be removed from your bill (so you pay only for labour and any necessary components). I will send you RMA form shortly, please fill it in and I will authorise return for you.

Hi Michael,
Your Bravo II publisher has been inspected and I am afraid the robotic arm developed a fault and will need to be replaced. The cost of the replacement component will be £165.00 plus £50.00 for the labour. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with the repair and I will order relevant part from Primera. Please also let me know if you will be collecting the unit after repair or you would like us to send it back to you (if so the delivery charge would be £10.00 please confirm delivery address if we will be sending the unit back to you). Please note that all of the prices mentioned in this post are VAT excluded.
