Our Primera Bravo 2 has started becoming unreliable : it is quite common for every other disc to be rejected. I have been in touch with Primera and they are of the opinion that the CD drive "is getting ready to fail". What should we do to get this part of the unit replaced please?

What is happening please? You've had the machine for, what, 3 weeks now? We've been told twice that "the machine is on the test rig now" but nothing seems to happen. Have you tested the machine yet? Have you found a fault?

Just confirming as per conversation yesterday, that we have repaired your unit and shipped it back for delivery on monday. The drive was replaced and the firmware updated.
