I have a fault on my machine- print head and ink cartriges stuck on lhs of carriage. Have spoken to Dave who talked me through several procedures but, though it did work for a short time , the fault has recurred.
I would like to return this unit for repair.

I've authorised the return of the goods for you. Please note that as your unit is outside of its warranty there is a £50 evaluation fee to examine the unit.
Once this has been completed, you will be given a quote for the cost of repair to the unit. Should you wish to go ahead with the repair, the £50 evaluation fee will be removed from the total cost.

hi Norman, i believe we have fixed the problem and the unit is currently undergoing testing. please be aware that some ink has leaked into the machine before we received it, and this may cause further problems. If you require us to clean it their will be a hygiene charge of £50. If you require photos we can send some over so you can see the condition. Kind regards.
