pf-2 print factory

i bought: print factory 2 cd printer on 05/03/2007 till now i didnt use the printer now i start to use but it doesnt work i installed the cd in xp computer and computer can find the printer but printer doesnt print the cd surface and resume button flash while in the dics are in the input bin i dont know please help me if neccasery ill bring to your adress. thanks
