Engineer's visis is acost of £300.00 plus VAT (this price does not include parts). You can also send the machine to our office in Greenwich for repair. Please note that there is an evaluation fee of £75.00 plus VAT to diagnose the fault for out of warranty repairs. You will then be sent a quote for the cost of repair. Should you wish to go ahead with the work, the evaluation fee will be removed from your bill (so you pay only for labour and any necessary components).

Hi Nikky,
We can arrange visit early next week if that's ok with you (there is a charge of £300.00 per day). Due to the nature of the equipment we might not be able to complete repair within the time of 1 working day so engineer might be force to come back on the another day to finish the repair (this would be a subject to £150.00 charge per half day). In our opinion a better option would be to upgrade to MICROCARE - for £395 per year whereby we will supply a loan unit and collect your unit in need of repair. You will be required to pay for labour and parts on the repair. But it should ensure you can meet your production deadlines. Alternatively you could get a second unit, for which we can work out some pricing for you.
