Out of Warranty Printer Repair - bought elsewhere (REF: Jen Holden)
We have a Bravo Disc Publisher Primera DVD/CD printer which we purchased from a different company but it\'s out of warranty and no other companies have any experience with fixing its type.
It\'s currently not printing anything on to our discs but will clean the heads directly on to the disc... None of the tests or calibration printing works either. It has completely frozen now and won\'t come out of it\'s default left hand position, we\'ve pulled the power, USB cables everything but all we get is a general error code 2 when trying to use the the software to check it\'s connection.
We\'re very keen to get the printer diagnosed fixable or dead as soon as possible so we were looking to send it to you by the end of today for evaluation if that\'s possible?
