Hello,
Is it possible to get a quote to repair an Odixion Digimatic repaired?
The printer no longer prints labels. Have tried replacing the print head, and ink cartridges with no sucess. ALso tried taking the lid off to have a closer look at the printer, however the device no longer powers on, although it sounds like the HD is spinning up.

I've checked back, and we downloaded the software from the Odixion's own web server. Ip address assigned was [edited]
In case this does not work, I'm also checking to see if we also have a disk.

It is also possible to input the IP address using the menu buttons on the front. Once it has an IP address that should allow you to see the webinterface, using IP address as URL.

Try [edited] for both logon and password, this should be the default for admin rights,

Hi Lisa - the engineer has been back today and we have worked through some more things the conclusion is -
01 A sensor is not detecting the printer heade carriage, do you have the original since it MAY have a sensor on it.
02 The foil under the carriage has been torn
If option 1 please send carraige if option 2 i dont think it can be fixed. Un;ess you can source from Odixion.
