Hi Judge,
Please let me know if any of the things suggested via ticket 2458(removing the cartridges and makinkg sure copper connectors on the cartridge are free from ink. Once you have cartridges out you will see corresponding copper connections on the printhead carriage - make sure there is not ink over there. You might also try new set of cartridges) made any difference. There is no point for you to send the unit back only to find out that your cartridges needed cleaning. Please note ticket 2458 will be closed now.

Please also try to update firmware of the machine. Please go to http://www.primera.com/firmware_upgrade.html for relevant file (called "BravoPro ver. 1.26(37) (PC)") instructions are next to the file.
Please let me know if you have any problems and I will authorise return for you.

The wrong one! It opened automatically from the first web address you gave me. However, the instructions for "BravoPro v1.30(64bit/32bit XP and Vista)" tell me to delete the printer. Is this right?
