Have bought new black ink for bravo ii, can't get it to print properly - looks like jets clogged - but is brand new? normal cleaning and purging not improving

you can try following these instructions to see if you can get the cartrige to print correctly:

If this does not help resolve the issue, we will exchange the cartridge for you.

Have tried each of the cleaning routines etc, no improvement - guess blocked nozzle that won't clear.
Please advise on returns proceedure, address - information required etc.. thanks.

Please complete the RMA request form that follows this message. Once that is completed, I'll authorise the cartridges for return and we'll send you some new ones.
