You recently fixed our Microboards PF2 CD printer. We now have the same issue happening again (CD's come straight through without printing). You replaced the main board last time. Can this be returned to you for checking and repair.

Hi Adam,
Can you please let me know the serial number of your machine (you will need to look underneath the printer - there will be a sticker with the serial number adhered to the base of the printer, serial number will look similar to PRF123456).

Thanks for the details. Replaced components are covered with 12 months warranty. Please send the unit for inspection, if it is replacement component that developped a fault we will replace it with no charge (the inspection fee and labour charges apply).
