As discussed on the phone we have incorrectly ordered a Primera Bravo Pro AutoPrinter (63715) instead of the Bravo Pro CD/DVD Publisher (63703). The item has been taken out of the box but not powered up or used so we would like to return it to you and swap it for the Publisher. Please could you get back to me as soon as possible.

That will not be a problem. I can send you an RMA request form now. Please complete this so I can give you a returns number. Once you have that, you can send the unit back to us.
Once we receive it back, it will be quickly tested and checked so we can create a credit in your name. All you will need to do is pay the difference, and we'll send out the publisher asap.

I've had a look at the printer you have returned and it looks fine, however the cartridges and lid protective screen are missing (therefore these accessories have been removed for new Primera unit). I will send you separate email with the invoice for the upgrade and shipping shortly.

Tom, the only cartridges that we removed were the additional 20 that we ordered. The original ones should still be in the unit as we found them.
