Drive not recognised by BIOS.
Makes continuous clicking sound.
Windows will not load.
Remove the drive and all is OK.
Standard XP/SP2 - sata 2/3
PLease replace.
Hi John, sorry to hear that your having a problem with your hard drive. I am going to send you a RMA form which you will recieve shortly. Once you have sent the item back to us and we have recieved it then we will send you a replacement.

Sometimes it can get caught up in spam filters, so please check your spam folder for the RMA request. It will have a part-subject line identical to this ticket ("hiachi drive DOA").
