What I will do is send your E-mail (and attached pictures) directly to Microboards (the manufacturer of your unit) to see if they have any suggestions and/or any spares to send you, as I’m afraid I have none of the necessary spares here.
I will ensure Microboards contact you directly with all the necessary information.
If for some reason you receive no communication from Microboards within the next 48 hours please let me know and I’ll chase the matter up for you.

We need to resolve this problem ASAP, I have received no email from Microboards ,
My manager is insisting I pack up the unit and return it to you under the guarantee.
I don’t want to do this if it’s a matter of just fixing a small broken part.

Apologies for the delay in replying to your ticket, If you have not yet heard from Microboards your best option would be to contact Microboards directly on [edited] and speak to technical support. If you wish to try and get the spares instead of returning the whole unit that could be the best way to approach it as they are the only people who can say yes or no.
