Hi - my 1-7 DVD duplicator has stopped working. It powers up, ejects all drawers and the fan works however the digital dialogue box is blank. It does nothing when loaded up with blank discs. I have hardly used it and followed all the shutting down procedures. I do need it urgently for a job in early July.

Sounds like there could be a faulty connection to the screen. I will send you an RMA request form now, please complete it and I'll authorise your unit for return.

Your unit has been on the bench and it appears there was a loose cable causing the problem. The firmware has also been updated.
