I am waiting for confirmation that it has been received back.
The unit itself is no longer available - so if it can't be repaired please advise if you are happy to recieve its replacement - which is the VRD-MC5 DVDIRECT model.
And if so to what address should we send it?

Yes we sent it on 27.11.07, and it was delivered by Interlink couriers at 10.01am on 28.11.07 , and signed for by MEG.
